This gratitude-focused guided journal is very similar to some other journals I’ve made, mainly because I like the pairing of this grey linen with the leather. The difference is, for this book, I added corner pieces and a strap to keep it closed!

I designed this book to help you find gratitude in every day things, and to become more appreciative for life. No two pages of the interior are alike, with each day of the week offering specified questions for your check-in. Each page also has its own unique quote, tip, or affirmation.

Since I used the chainstitch method for this book, I put more sheets together so there were fewer signatures (six instead of twelve). That way, each line of stitching has some breathing room, and it takes much less time and effort to put together. I once again used white thread, as I thought it fit best with the brown leather.
