My first time binding a guided notebook! I had a lot of fun when designing the interior pages, but since they’re in a specific order, I had to be more mindful than ever that they stayed that way!
This journal in its entirety helps to map out a larger goal, to create smaller goals, and to encourage weekly reflection. There is a single page at the beginning for your long term goal. The following pages are each dedicated to their own day, such as Wellness Wednesday and Social Saturday, with a weekly reflection at the end of each. There are 24 weeks in total, each beginning with a place for you weekly goal as well.
I’ve bound this guided journal using the case binding method, and I’m super proud of how it turned out. The cover material is a soft and smooth suede leather, and the end sheets are a textured white and red for contrast. I stitched the text block with my usual white waxed thread, and used a plain fabric for the headband to match the calm minimalism of the exterior.
